Amazon house assembly was held on May 6, 2014 in the DPSI auditorium. It was a country presentation on Norway. The assembly started with a thought provoking short story ‘Ubunto ‘- I am because we are’ based on the theme that unity is strength. The assembly highlighted the key features of Norway – the fjords, Aurora Borealis and  the midnight sun. The concepts were explained through videos and oral presentations by the students.  It was also noted that Norway’s natural beauty provided the setting for the famous, Disney film "frozen". The song ‘Do you want to build a Snowman’ was sung by Tara Chandhok of class VA.  The presentation also highlighted the cultural and economic ties between India and Norway.  A quiz based on salient facts of Norway was conducted for all the houses. The assembly ended with the national anthem.
